How about textual criticism.
I was just playing around with you. It’s the topic that youv’e been studying lately on the manuscript evidence for the Bible. Well theirs actually a lot more that goes into textual criticism then just manuscript evidence. One factor would be to test the historical reliability of the bible as well. Forget doing a post on that just do something that your sure to get a lot of people wanting to debate with you. I think that you’ll like that more anyway. How about a post on whether the Bible supports a 7 year tribulation, pre-tribulation rapture, and a literal 1000 year reign? That should get people going.
What???? I saw your comment on the worship cafe. Come on Caleb, I thought a good reformed theologian like yourself would give a completely different answer. Did you read my comment? If so where do you differ?
I guess you don’t have to have an opinion on the subject. Rewards and punishment aren’t really what most consider an essential. I just thought that someone as opinionated as you would have looked into the matter a little bit more. So what do you think about the idea of an eschatology shake up? And if you really want a good topic to post on (other then the eschatology shake up) try one on Loving God with your mind. I think you know the verse in scripture I am referring to. This is a great topic and one that I think is nearer and dearer to your heart then any of the other ones that I have suggested. It is also a great topic for the American Christian Church at large.
how about NOT questioning things we the Church know God is opposed to and sees as sin or things ONLY God knows. I know how to be better brothers/sisters in Christ in love with each other and to a dying world. How about asking people to go out and show the love of Christ to someone/stranger/betrayer/enemy and post how they felt as while doing it as well as after they showed love…one simple hug to a complete stranger who is down and out means more then church people debating over God’s Word.

ive been ok, i got a job at outback steakhouse (don’t be fooled, its an american franchise with an auzzie name… in australia… yeah), and they haven’t paid me at all yet (which is why my boss is a jerk), so i’m in the process of formal complaint filing ~_~))… fun…
on another note, i am taking a course in web design (which is proving more fun than it sounds), planning to take one in multimedia (which is going to be useful in the long run), and am one week away from the one year mark with kara (see previous entry for sappy video i made for her
